ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation.

COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition period is specified on the main page. Entries submitted after the end of this period will not be considered.

WINNER DETERMINATION

The winner will be determined based on the highest total score. In case of a tie, the participant who completed the task in the shortest time will win. By entering the prize draw you are giving us permission to contact you for the purpose of further feedback. The prize winners will be notified within five days of the draw, using the email address given on the entry. In the event that a winner refuses or for whatever reason cannot accept the prize, or if BB is unable to make contact with a winner within 48 hours of the initial ‘winning’ notification, BB reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.

PRIZE

The prize for the winner is the very limited BB fall sweatshirt. Available sizes are limited, and we will attempt to allocate the appropriate size to the winner. However, we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be available.

SHIPPING

Bureau Borsche will cover the cost of shipping the prize within EU. Shipping costs for delivery outside EU must be covered by the winner. The organizer is not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider. Risk is transferred to the winner once the prize is handed over to the shipping provider.

LIABILITY

The organizer is not liable for technical issues or errors that occur during the competition period. The product will be provided "as is," and there is no right to return or exchange. There is also no right to use or reproduce the competition content. The organizer is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, or other unforeseen circumstances.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

The organizer reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time without providing reasons, especially if necessary for technical or legal reasons.

EXCLUSION OF PARTICIPANTS

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, attempt to manipulate the competition process, or use names that are offensive, promote violence, or are discriminatory in any way.

DATA PRIVACY

Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

As per Instagram’s rules, this promotion is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with, Instagram in any way. By entering, you confirm that you agree to Instagram’s terms of use, and release Instagram of any responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS
